    Extraordinary Session

    Extraordinary and Emergency Sessions

    The IPHRC may hold extraordinary or emergency sessions as needed. In such cases, the extraordinary sessions shall be held upon request by the OIC Secretary-General or one of the Member States, and with the approval of a two-thirds majority of the Member States, while the emergency sessions shall have to be convened by the IPHRC, in consultation with the Bureau, to address situations requiring immediate attention.
